Welcome

Welcome to the AFM Group homepage. The group is part of the Physics Department at the University of Bonn. Our main area of interest is the evaluation of dielectric materials, including ferroelectric and piezoelectric materials, multiferroics. Basically, we use atomic force (AFM)  techniques for the characterization and manipulation of advanced materials.
